Marine Staff Sgt. Ryan Hoover tightens a valve on a CH-53 helicopter before loading it on a Air Force C-5 on Camp Lemonier, Djibouti, Jan. 29. The helicopters were assigned to Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa and were supporting search and rescue missions and Medical Civil Action Programs in the Horn of Africa.
