Lahe Lahe bounded on the west by the Laher trench, to the northeast through the street Varrelheidering. The border is in the business park just north of this street turn to the East by the Altwarmbüchener lake to the A 7, then east of the A 37 to Buchholzerstraße and Kirchhorster of the crossing road along this road again until Laher ditch.
