Spc. Phillip Morris, vocalist with the 1st Armored Division Band, sings the Star-Spangled Banner at the Centennial Banquet & Conference Center Feb. 13 during the opening ceremony of the 2019 African-American History month observance event at Fort Bliss, Texas. This year’s observance was themed “Black Migrations” and was hosted by the 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team.
