Tenders for Pulpwood Concessions 'TENDERS WILL BE RECEIVED BY THE undersigned up to and including the 7TH DAY OF OCTOBER NEXT for the right to cut the Pulpwood on a certain area tributary to the Nepigon River in the District of Thunder Bay. Tenderers should state the amount they are prepared to pay as bonus in addition to such dues as may be fixed from time to time for the right to operate a pulp and paper industry on the territory. Successful tenderers will be required to erect a mill or mills on the territory, and to manufacture therein the wood into paper.
