MANAMA, Bahrain (July 10, 2018) Lt. Cmdr. Kurt Albaugh, former commanding officer of USS Devastator (MCM 6), gives a speech during a change of command ceremony on Naval Support Activity Bahrain. Devastator is the sixth of 14 Avenger-class mine countermeasures ships and the second ship to bear its name.
