The theatre is very conveni-ently built, and so arranged that a small staff could do everythingnecessiry. The working expenses are low ; therefore a maximumprofit is bound to be made by the right man. The theatre standsin a good advertising position just off the main road to Leather-. There is aCrypto transformer, gas radiators for heating the theatre,which is lighted by electricity, and a workshop overheadfitted with vices, etc., for doing repairs. The buildingis licensed by the Surrey County Council for music and dancingas well as for cinematograph shows, has seating accommodationfor 200 and room for another 150.
