Waltrop, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany - Ship lift and lock park Waltrop. Here the 100 year old ship "Cerberus" at the harbor quay in the headwater LWL Industriemuseum Schiffshebewerk Henrichenburg. The four descent structures at the branch of the Rhine-Herne Canal from the Dortmund-Ems Canal are referred to as the Waltrop Lock Park. The only lift in operation is the New Lock, built between the Old Shaft Lock and the New Lift in 1989.
