Saltburn by the Sea North Yorkshire 22nd June 2017. This morning, Fire and Rescue crews were called to the historic Saltburn Cliff Railway. The railway has two cars, one travelling down while the other travels up. The railway had broken down with cars near their passing point, with we understand three passengers trapped inside.
