A poster of Pope Francis seen on the wall of a store at the Fabrics Iraqis launched a campaign to spread posters of Pope Francis in the streets of the old area of the city of Mosul, welcoming his visit to the city on the seventh of March 2021 during the historic visit to Iraq from 5 to 8 March. His historical visit includes a trip to several cities such as the capital Baghdad, the city of Mosul in north and a meeting with the Shiite religious authority Ayatollah Ali Sistani.
