Kendal, Cumbria 8th December 2022. Freezing temperatures of -4 degrees Celsius hit Kendal in Cumbria overnight, causing a harsh frost and freezing fog over the historic town. As the sun rose over the mountains, Kendal Castle was bathed in golden light. The dry ski slope has a Wintery look as the usually black material turned white and car windscreens were covered in ice after the ‘Troll of Trondheim' hit many parts of the UK.
