A Silesian flintlock rifle, circa 1700. Octagonal smooth bore barrel with swamped muzzle in mm calibre, dovetailed sights. Smooth flintlock with slightly cambered lockplate. Typical carved full stock with iron furniture and finely engraved bone and mother-of-pearl inlays, nosepiece and ramrod thimble also made from bone and decorated en suite.
