WASHINGTON (Jan. 9, 2018) Anne R. Davis, director, Navy Civilian Workforce, and former assistant deputy chief of naval operations for Manpower, Personnel, Training and Education speaks during her retirement ceremony at the Army Navy Club. Chief of Naval Personnel Vice Adm. Robert Burke served as the ceremony's presiding officer. He presented Davis with the Navy Superior Civilian Service Award. Davis retires after 43 years of service to the Department of the Navy.
