Original real photographic postcard of working class woman with her children standing outside in shop doorway of a haberdashery store, called H. Burt, selling wool, aprons, camisoles, wool and threads. The woman looks careworn and the shopfront is shabby, probably in a poor neighbourhood, circa 1921, UK

Dated by the lady's skirt hemline which rose to mid calf length in 1920/1921. The lady is also wearing an elaborate crochet blouse with a scoop neck. The t-bar sandals also indicate the 1920's.
