A Spanish rapier, early 17th century Double-edged, long blade. Both sides with inscription "I N R I" within the fullers. Slightly pitted swept hilt (part of the lateral guard replaced), globular pommel with pointed oval top. Patinated bone grip with Turk's heads and spiral copper wire wrap. Length 125 cm.
