The exorcism of Nicole Aubry, Notre-Dame de Laon, 1556. Nicole was supposedly possessed of 29 demons, to be seen as black specks flying near the roof or the cathedral. The exorcism took nine days, creating much public interest in the process. Copy of print published in 1575.
