CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti (Aug. 10, 2022) Donna Berger, wife of the 38th Commandant of the Marine Corps, speaks military personnel assigned to Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 163 and Task Force Red Dragon, Combined Joint Task Force, Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA), both units tenants on Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti (CLDJ), during a meeting held in the loft of 11 Degrees North on CLDJ. CLDJ serves as an expeditionary base for military forces providing support to ships, aircraft and personnel that ensure security throughout Europe, Africa and Southwest Asia.
