SAN DIEGO (Feb. 7, 2018) – A Sailor acts as an active shooter during Naval Base San Diego’s command post exercise portion of exercise Citadel Shield/Solid Curtain 2018 (CS18). CS/SC 18 is the Navy’s two-part, linked anti-terrorism force protection exercises conducted by Commander, Fleet Forces Command and Commander, Navy Installations Command at all stateside installations.
