The moment depicted in this print is when the male courtier suddenly recognizes that the boy, who was thought to be the son of Prince Genji, was actually fathered by someone else. He then recited the poem which is written at the top of the page as a way to indirectly state his awareness of the matter. ' Label Copy (Spanish): 'Kunisada, quien fuera el artista predominante en la publicacin de personajes de moda del Inaka Gengi, tambin produjo ilustraciones para la novela original del siglo XI con las figuras vestidas en prendas del perodo Heian y en estilos antiguos.
