Type: Antique early 19th century atlas map with original hand colouring. A large map covering the Asian part of the Ottoman Empire, including modern-day Turkey, Cyprus, Syria, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Armenia & Georgia. Provinces coloured and named include Kurdistan (straddling modern Turkey, Syria & Iraq), and an enlarged Armenia.
