James “Wildman” Wiley, a Jackson, Ga. native and the youngest member of the 763rd Explosive Ordnance Disposal Company stationed out of Fort Leonard Wood, Mo., looks out at his mission to plan what he will do with the Moldovan Soldiers during a Situation Training Exercise in Hohenfels, Germany on Oct.
