SOUTHERN OHIO INTERURBAN IMPROVEMENTS For several months there has been a movement on foot tomake arrangements for the operation of through cars fromCincinnati to Toledo, on electric lines, and through the consoli-dation of the Southern Ohio Traction Company with severalother properties in the southern part of Ohio, the Pomeroy-. JNTERURCAN HEADOUAKTERS AND EXPRESS STATION AT HAMILTON Mandelbaum syndicate, of Cleveland, formed the Cincinnati,Dayton & Toledo Traction Company to accomplish this object. As implied in its name, this company will form the basis forconsolidation, or at least a traffic arrangement, with otherroads already in operation or nearly completed, to providethe unbroken line from the Ohio River to Lake Erie. Theseroads are the Dayton & Troy, operating from Dayton to Piqua,the Western Ohio, under construction from Piqua to Findlay,and the Toledo, Bowling Green & Southern, operating fromFindlay to Toledo. The Western Ohio Railway will be completed next summer,and in anticipation of through traffic a number of improvementsare being made on the present Cincinnati, Dayton & ToledoTraction Companys line between Cincinnati and Daytou.
