Otovicia, also known as Walchia, is a small, now extinct conifer that belongs to the class Pinopsida, more commonly known as Conifers. Otovicia has rigid, overlapping leaves, short, not larger than 8 mm. Pinopsida are generally characterized by small and simple leaves and by the active secondary growth of stem and root.
