(Sep. 21, 2017) Dr. Demetrius Geddis, associate professor, Norfolk State University, participates in a panel discussion during the Department of Navy (DoN) Historically Black Colleges and Universities/Minority Institutions (HBCU/MI) Naval Opportunity Awareness Workshop at Florida A&M University. The DoN HBCU/MI program is designed to increase the participation of HBCU/MIs in the Navy's research, development, test and evaluation (RDT&E) programs and activities.
