The famous Buddhist temples on the plain of Bagan (Pagan) in Burma were built from 11th-14th century .Earthquakes damaged many of the thousands of stunning temples of Pagan but 2000 of them were meticulously restored by UNESCO using local craftsmen and they are the most visited site in Burma.
