OAK HARBOR, Wash. (Feb. 7, 2019) Naval Air Station (NAS) Whidbey Island base security forces apprehend a potential hostile target while participating in a drill scenario for the anti-terrorism exercise Citadel Shield-Solid Curtain (CSSC) on Whidbey Island. CSSC is an anti-terrorism and force protection exercise conducted to ensure that the Navy is ready to respond to changing and dynamic threats at all times.
