The west door of St Patrick's Cathedral in the city of Armagh, County Armagh, Ulster, Northern Ireland is the seat of the Archbishop of Armagh in the Church of Ireland. The church has been destroyed and rebuilt 17 times and frequently restored. The fabric remains that of the mediaeval (and earlier – in particular the crypt ) buildings but much restored.
