They are now in the abdominoplasty stage after finishing the breasts. An abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), is a procedure where excess fat and skin is removed from the lower abdomen and the muscles of the abdominal walls are tightened. Here, the surgeons have removed the excess skin and are swabbing the exposed tissue before stitching the two ends of the opening together.
