(672) New Sweet Corn 60-DAY MAKEGOOD Introduced last year and has made a great hit. Fit for the table in 50 to 60 days from time of planting A most wonderful Corn in every way and the earliest Corn on earth, being eight to twelve days ahead of Golden Bantam. It is a pearly white Corn, very sweet and tender with perfect ears of ten to fourteen rows. It has a most singular and desirable habit of growth which we have attempted to show on this plate. The plant does not sucker in the least, and two large beautiful ears are set near the ground. The stock grows only about three feet high with very handsome foliage. As compared to the plant the ears are enormous, and are lit for use in sixty days after planting. Owing to its habit it may be grown closer than other early Corns. This is truly one of the greatest vegetable novelties we have had the honor of naming and introducing. Pkt., 15c; pint, 55c; quart, $, postpaid.
