Ambassador to Georgia Ian C. Kelly was the Guest of Honor for the 240th Marine Corps birthday celebration on Krtsanisi Training Area, Georgia, Nov. 10. The ambassador joined Marines and their Georgian counterparts that work together during the Georgia Deployment Program – Resolute Support Mission to prepare Georgian battalions to support NATO efforts in Afghanistan.
