Nicholas Brown-Bell, Public Affairs Chief, 4th Cavalry Multi-Functional Training Brigade, executes responsibilities as an observer, coach and trainer during a field training exercise for the Brigade Engineer Battalions within 4th Cav, February 1st, 2023 at Fort Knox, Kentucky.
