Col. Scott R. Johnson addresses Marines with Combat Logistics Regiment 37 and their families during a redesignation ceremony at Camp Kinser, Japan Nov. 2, 2018. Although Headquarters Regiment was renamed CLR-37, the function of CLR-37 will continue to service 3rd MLG to provide logistic combat elements for III Marine Expeditionary Force. Johnson, a native of Kansas City, Missouri, is the commanding officer of CLR-37.
