Soldiers assigned to the 138th Fires Brigade conduct annual Periodic Health Assesments Jan. 10, 2015 at Boone National Guard Center in Frankfort, Ky. The 138th conducted the PHA as a self-sustaining unit which did not have to rely on the support from civillian contractors to complete.
