Science Express is a unique science exhibition mounted on a 16-coach AC train and been travelling across India successfully for the past six Indian Ministry of Environment and Forests and the Department of Science and Technology have collaborated with Vikram Sarabhai Community Science Centre in setting up the Science Express mobile Express-Bio Diversity Special is an exhibition cum awareness program aimed at bio-diversity which visit all major Raiway stations in Express is the largest, the longest running and the most visited mobile science exhibition in India and created six Limca Book of Records in its United Nations declaration of the current decade (2011-2020) as Decade on Biodiversity and India holding Chair of the Conference of Parties (COP 11) to Convention of Biological Diversity during 2012, Science Express was redesigned on the theme ‘Biodiversity’ and since 2012 it has been running as Science Express Biodiversity Special.
