A man in a white van throws water at the protesters after they have refused to move when he tried to drive through the Rising Up environmental protesters blockiing traffic on the busy Marylebone Road a short distance from Baker St for a second 'Staying Alive' road-block disco protest to raise awareness and call for urgent action over the high pollution levels from traffic on London streets which cause 10,000 premature deaths each year.
