Buffalo District held a "table top" exercise where the Mount Morris Dam Emergency Action Plan was reviewed in a non-threatening environment & emergency scenarios were simulated. All essential USACE staff were in attendance along with Emergency Mangaers from Monroe and Livingston Counties, and NYS Canal Corporation, November 6, 2018.
