Craig Rednour pitches his idea for Autonomous Airfield Operations to the panel of judges during the 2022 Innovation Rodeo Aug. 19. His idea integrates autonomous tractors with multi-functional modular attachments for airfield operations. Rednour’s idea won 1st place at the Innovation Rodeo and a share of at least $1 million in funding and resources. Now in its fourth year, the annual event has grown into a collaborative effort that brings together partners and innovation leaders from across the Department of Defense.
