Mr Edward Bright (1721-1750), 1751. Bright was a grocer from Maldon, Essex. At the time of his death he was reputed to be the fattest man in England; his coat was said to be large enough to have seven men stand inside He weighed stone (665 lb or 302 kg). Engraved for Universal Magazine.
