Noprizes were awarded, except in the case of the schoolchildren exhibitors, the winners in other classes beinggiven certificates, the entire proceeds of the show goingto the Stamford Chapter of the Red Cross. Mayor Treat made the opening address and there wasmusic in the afternoon and evening. The Red Cross hada tea room, where light refreshments were served. The group of Mimisarranged for efl^ect, 75 sq. ft., was rich and the ]iri/e winning varieties in the class for sixliiish plants in Sin. pots were White Cap, Yellow Ca]), Cap and Purple Cap.
