Marine Corps Sgt. Maj. William Banks announces which recruiting substation (RSS) won the Sergeant Major Cup award during Recruiting Station Baltimore’s all-hands pool function in Annapolis, Maryland, March 9, 2019. The Sergeant Major Cup was awarded to the RSS that displayed the most motivation and enthusiasm during the event. The function prepared members in the Delayed Entry Program for Recruit Training.
