Air Force Maj. Gen. Mark Camerer, Air Force Expeditionary Center commander, greets Joint Base leadership, friends, and family after completing his “fini flight” on May 18, 2022, at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, Camerer is a Command Pilot with more than 3,800 total flight hours and more than 745 combat and combat support flight hours in the C-17A and KC-135A/R/Q aircraft. The “fini flight” is an Air Force tradition marking pilots' departure from a unit, or their final flight prior to departing a flying unit, separating or retiring from the Air Force.
