Army Civil Affairs, in support of Southern European Task Force Africa, and Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa, assisted with the library inauguration ceremony of a new library facility at Damerjog, Djibouti April 27, 2021. Andrea Tomaszewicz, Deputy Chief of Mission, Embassy Djibouti, and the local school director joined the event, which celebrated the completion and handover of the construction project.
