On August 20, 1833, Dutton Tod mar-ried Frederick Robertson. She died January 30, 1839,and her brother John Dutton was appointed DativeTutor for her children, Amelia and David L. Tod, Jr.,May 25, 1839. David L. Tod, Jr., married and is said to havebeen buried at Washington, Louisiana, though a searchof the records and of the cemetery at that place waswithout result.
