Naval Support Activity Panama City Commanding Officer Cmdr. Kevin Christenson presented Jon Teakell with a coin and award for his selection as the 2020 Senior Civilian of the Year, Feb. 5. Teakell was recognized for his execution of moving offices, equipment and personnel during building renovations.
