St Mary's church, Bornais, South Uist, Scotland
St Mary's Roman Catholic church at Bornais was built in 1837 by Rev John Chisholm. The church and the house for the priest were originally all part of the same building. In about 1955 it was reconstructed by A R Conlon (a pupil of Reginald Fairlie of Edinburgh) with the priest's house being converted to a chancel and given round arched windows.
