McCray Eastern Electric Radway until March 15, 1908, when he was appointed trainmasterand assistant to the general manager of the Atlantic ShoreLine Railway, Kennebunkport, Me. The Atlantic ShoreLine Railway operates freight and passenger service over95 miles of line. OBITUARY Edward Wiebenson, treasurer of the Stark Electric Rail-way and president of the United Banking & Saving Com-pany, died at his home in Cleveland on April 1, 1910, afteran operation for appendicitis. Mr. Wiebenson was born inGermany in 1859. He conducted a drug business in Iowafor some years, and later went into the same business inChicago. Returning to Iowa he became a private banker atGladbrook. Twenty years ago he went to Cleveland assecretary and treasurer of the United Banking & SavingsCompany, of which he later became president. Mr. Wieben-son held office in some of the companies that were organ-ized in the interest of former Mayor Johnson. W. W. Churchill, who resigned
