STOCKHOLM (May 3, 2022) Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy Russell Smith speaks during the Nordic Nations Senior Enlisted Seminar in Stockholm, May 3, 2022. This is the first time senior enlisted leaders from Nordic navies, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland gathered to share ideas and collaborate on solutions to common leadership challenges. Partnership seminars such as these are important to building partner capacity through subject-matter-expert exchanges, enhancing interoperability and the military-to-military relationship between the Navy and Nordic navies.
