The tallness ofthis bottle assists the precipitation of any Fig-4Lsediment in the collodion. A tall bottle of conicalshape is also good for pouring collodion. There are some handy developing cups of glass tobe had. They nest within one another, and are soldin sets of three, large and small, and being of thicktoughened glass they are very durable. These cupsare good for pouring the developer on to the THE DARK ROOM. 91 A gallon white glass bottle will be required for con-taining the bath solution when out of its trough forfiltering or any other reason. This bottle should notbe used for anything else. Being of white glass itis useful for sunning the bath. It isall the better if provided with a glasstap. (Fig. 42.)
