At first there may be some belching, but the patients soon unable to remove the gas, and suffers from extreme discomfort,>alpitation, and dyspnoea. The vomiting may occur at once or later. Its persistent and excessive. On physical examination the stomach yieldshe same physical signs as in chronic dilatation. Fig.
