Tarsi long; the anterior ones about equal in length, but the hind pair are distinctly longer, proportionately. The tibiae end in a well- developed (almost Bibio-\ike) blunt spine on the front side, with a smaller one (easily seen on the hind legs only) on the inner side. Length, 7 mm. Described from a single specimen in the Indian Museum from Maymyo, 3800 ft., near Mandalay, Upper Burma, v. 1910 (H. L. Andrewes).
