Celebration the Holy Virgin Protection in Ukraine now is a public holiday and a day off. October 14, 2015 in the country also celebrate the Day of Defender of Ukraine and the Day of Ukrainian Cossacks. Great holiday and solemn liturgy was held at the Museum of Folk Architecture and Life in Pirogovo.
